Refund and Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return most new, unused items within 7 days of delivery for a full or partial refund, subject to the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.

Items must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Custom or made-to-order items

Items marked as final sale

Used, damaged, or altered products

Intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at sales@skkurta.store.

5. Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong or defective item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, we begin processing and may not be able to cancel your order.
